GovX, Inc. is looking for an Office Manager to join their high-achieving team! The Office Manager will be the face of GovX for employees and visitors and play an integral role in achieving this goal by providing exceptional customer service to staff and clientele and overseeing the facilities. Responsibilities
- Greet and provide exceptional customer support to GovX members, clientele, and guests while handling and resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for all administrative and clerical duties, e.g., mail, office supply inventory, badge issuance, and HR support.
- Coordinate and manage office calendars and event travel as needed.
- Oversee daily restocking and cleaning of kitchen equipment and inventory.
- Establish positive relationships with vendors, coordinate equipment servicing, and escalate issues as required.
- Serve as a culture agent, coordinating company-wide and in-office events and gifts.
- Coordinate in office luncheons.
- Coordinate office messages to align with inbound visitors, events, and team requests via front desk marquis and AV throughout the suite.
- This role is required to be in office Monday through Friday (8AM - 5PM).
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for serving others.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000.
