Associate Company Manager - Blue Man Group New York CityFull-Time, Permanent PositionThe New York Production of Blue Man Group is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join the Company Management department. This position reports to the Company Manager and provides support in the following areas: finance, human resources, project management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and organization. Ideal candidates must be self-motivated, collaborative, have great communication skills, be highly organized, work both as a leader and member of a team with internal and external partners, handle multiple tasks within a busy work environment, and have strong administrative office and computer skills. An entertainment/theatre background is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to work discreetly with confidential information, well versed in Microsoft Office programs, and be a proactive problem solver. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial systems of the organization including payroll, coordination with accounts payable, weekly settlement, monthly expense review; providing general support to managers and supervisors who are responsible for managing their department budgets; assist in benefits enrollments, new hire orientations, workers compensation claims, event planning and wellness initiatives; general administrative duties including IT, scheduling, attending meetings, filing, mailing, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and other duties as assigned.This is a full-time salaried exempt position with benefits, and works a variable schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Blue Man Group is an award-winning, global entertainment company that has performed in numerous countries and has been seen by more than 35 million people worldwide since 1991.
