On-going Part Time (5 - 10 hrs/month) Contract Project Role | Remote| For Ourly.io in Minneapolis, MN
Start date of December 20, 2023
$35 - $45 /hour W2 Pay Rate
Ourly is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for a part time (5 - 10 hours per month) contract basis starting on December 20, 2023. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and invoicing transactions for our business. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and invoicing systems. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating on teams and loves the power of flexible work!

Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com software
- Strong knowledge and experience in account reconciliation, accounts receivable, cash applications, and month-end close
- Previous experience in the professional services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- QuickBooks Online Certifications highly desired
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Working Conditions:
- This is a remote position
- Part-time hours (5-10 per month), with flexibility in scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members virtually
