Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to a small team of frontend and full stack engineers while actively contributing to the code base ~25% of the time
- Act as a leader for the engineering teams to create prominent web experiences

Requirements
- 8+ years of fullstack software development experience, including direct responsibility for mentoring and leading junior team members
- Extensive background in object-oriented programming principles, utilizing JavaScript-based frameworks like React, Angular, Typescript, Node, etc., as well as other backend languages like PHP or Java
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in agile software development processes, especially in a consulting environment
- Experience in delivering UI component libraries, tools, and secure UI infrastructure to support global-scale interactive websites
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence or similar systems
Bonus Points
- In-depth familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce, Drupal, Wix, etc.
- Experience in developing secure and scalable web services and APIs
- Strong understanding of HTTP response/request handling, DNS routing/configuration, and CDNs
- Deep knowledge of Material UI, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems like Akamai
