Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of firefighting, agricultural, and industrial hose is looking for a Weaver - Loom Operator to join our team. As a Loom Operator you will be working alongside our experienced team to assist in the production of our premium hose products which are trusted worldwide. Our commitment to engineering and manufacturing industry-leading quality hose has built an illustrious reputation for Snap-Tite Hose, and our team takes pride in being a part of that legacy.

This is an entry level position with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour and a $2.00/hr shift differential.

No experience is required. We provide on the job training.

• Assist in the manufacturing of all types of hose products, including lay-flat jacketed and rubber fire hose, industrial large diameter hose, and agricultural and drag hose
• Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment in good condition
• Follow safety guidelines and help maintain a safe working environment
• Perform quality tests on finished products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards
• Other activities as designated by supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use gauges and tools and is able to read specs and charts
• Ability to operate machinery and follow instructions
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Must understand how to read work orders and complete paperwork
