Job Description

We at Rebound Home and Community Therapy are expanding our own Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to serve individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated neurological/behavioral needs.


We are searching for BCBAs to help expand our program! AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc. has a successful 20-year history of generating start-up programs around the needs of clients and families we serve. We are passionate about creating a team of professionals that DEMAND BETTER to support optimal and individualized goals focused on the families we serve.

Are you ready to help us DEMAND BETTER of Applied Behavior Analysis in our local homes and communities?

BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans to be carried out by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Promote effective communication among peers, medical staff, referral sources, school personnel, and other members of a client's support system.
  • Collaborate with other behavioral professionals affiliated with the client to obtain optimal outcomes/consistency.
  • Promote business growth and development by facilitating conversations with community partners regarding treatment effectiveness, meaning of terminology, and features/benefits of ABA treatment.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements and all required certification requirements.
  • Meet and exceed productivity requirements to promote behavioral plans throughout the community/territory provided.

Requirements

BCBA in good standing with the BACB

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA through the State of Michigan

2 years experience preferred but not required.
