Our consistent, organic growth plus a recent $70M investment has accelerated the expansion of our fantastic team and we are currently seeking to add a Sales Enablement Manager.

The Sales Enablement Manager role will play a crucial role in deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. You will provide sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success, by developing and executing impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a full-time, remote-based salaried position, with occasional travel to our NY HQ.

What you will do:

  • Design and implement new programs to increase efficiency of current processes and systems.
  • Drive process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness at every level of our sales process.
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for all customer-facing roles so team members can be successful in their positions as quickly as possible.
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training.
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams.
  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals.
  • Oversee and measure the end-to-end sales performance from lead generation to close of sale; use performance analysis data to calculate the return on investment (ROI) of enablement processes.
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to leadership; demonstrate the business impact of your enablement efforts to get stakeholder buy-in and support for future endeavors, while also establishing trust between the revenue-facing teams you serve.
  • Build a trusted relationship with the revenue teams; serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Evaluate sales tools and techniques, tracking the effectiveness of each phase of the sales process and also determining the impact of the training and development programs for the revenue teams.
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the revenue teams.

What you'll need to do it:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a high-performance SaaS organization in a sales, enablement, or learning and development role.
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training; knowledge of enablement best practices and emerging trends.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems; adept at using all the technology and systems and able to track their usage and effectiveness.
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to effectively support the revenue teams in all their functions and create the greatest ROI for them.
  • Ability to prioritize the initiatives that will have the highest impact given the available resources; capable of leveraging your organizational skills in order to anticipate roadblocks, juggle priorities, and meet completion deadlines.
  • Keen familiarity with the customer’s journey as it evolves alongside the market; understanding of how enablement content relates to and fits into this journey, from initial exposure to the creation of brand loyalty and customer retention.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and conflict-resolution skills across diverse personalities and multiple revenue departments.
