Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate Attorney specializing in family law. The ideal candidate should possess a CFLS designation, demonstrate strong leadership skills, exhibit advanced legal expertise, and have a deep commitment to providing compassionate and precise guidance to families through their legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take the lead in representing clients in complex family law cases, which may include highly contentious divorces, business valuations, income analysis for support reports, division of Restricted Stock Units and Stock Options, analysis of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO), child custody disputes, other property division, and spousal support.
2. Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys, contributing to the development of the firm's future legal professionals.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate intricate legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
4. Conduct advanced legal research and stay updated with current family law regulations and significant case rulings.
5. Strategize and collaborate with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
6. Participate in firm management decisions, contributing to the growth and direction of the practice.

Compensation:

• Fully fund employees' 401K with a safe harbor contribution of 3% of their gross earnings annually.
