As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Tapcheck's mission by analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify key insights and trends. By diving deep into the company's product data, you will provide valuable recommendations and drive data-informed decision making. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling will be vital in guiding strategic product developments that meet the needs of both employers and employees.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, influencing product strategy and customer experience.
- Develop and refine data models to track critical product metrics, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and finance, to define data needs and deliver comprehensive insights.
- Create and manage advanced data visualization dashboards, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives, analyzing results to inform product enhancements and market strategies.
- Undertake ad-hoc analyses to address specific business queries, providing data-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech and data analysis, continuously improving our analytics practices.
- Drive cross-functional alignment around data-driven strategies, optimizing product and market efforts based on customer segmentation and lifecycle stages.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 4-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech, banking, or a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a product analytics or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and familiarity with Python or R.
- Proven ability in A/B testing, data modeling, and developing actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques and experience with statistical modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets
- Demonstrated ability to tell the story with data, focusing on the most impactful problem and the straightest line to the answer.
- Strong communication skills, capable of narrating complex data stories and influencing decision-making across the organization.
