Job Description

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Bayonne, New Jersey location.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm and Monday- Friday 6pm-10pm
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
- Outdoor responsibilities: Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
- Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
- Restock restrooms and amenities.
- Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms
- Drive company vehicle around region's
- Stripping and waxing
- Grout and Tile cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Driving to multiple locations to clean up wherever necessary.
Requirements
- Must be able to strip, wax, buff floors.
- Experience in Compactor/Refuse rooms.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Must be reliable and professional.
- 1-2 years custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or porter experience
- Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
- Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
