Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Rancho Bernardo Area/Remote/Onsite
Term: Part-Time/5 Days/Wk/Long Term
Required: U.S. Citizen/Green Card Holder
- Experienced HR Admin Assistant providing essential support to the human resources department,
- ensuring efficient and effective operations within the organization.
- This position involves handling various administrative tasks related to personnel management and HR processes.
- The HR Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing documentation, and supporting HR initiatives.
Duties
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
• Compile and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities:
(Staffing, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Training, performance evaluations, Disc etc.).
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
• Create flyers and creative materials for company events, holidays, and birthdays.
• Manage performance review cycle including coordinating review meetings,
sending reminders, documenting reviews, and updating the performance review
platform.

- Basic knowledge of labor laws:
- Regulatory Compliance,
- Employee Management,
- Workers Compensation.
