The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for enrolling our customer’s suppliers through phone and email communication.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION
· Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls to businesses to assist supplier in activating their profile on the Corcentric Payments Network
· Assist companies in converting to electronic payments by joining Corcentric Payments Network by responding to supplier objections with approved call scripts.
· Participate in training programs as assigned by your supervisor.
· Meet or exceed key individual performance indicators as assigned by your supervisor.
· Ability to quickly adjust performance based on feedback from call shadowing, coaching, QA, and QoS reports.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by Team Lead and Team Manager
· Capacity share with other enrollment or payments teams
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
· Two years of general office experience, preferably in a technical environment
· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Strong listening and analytical skills
· Effectively communicate product features and benefits in a business-to-business tele-sales setting
· Ability to flex to the needs of the business
· Capability to accept feedback and apply into work
· Intermediate level of knowledge with Internet technology
· Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment.
· Excellent critical thinking skills, outside the box thinking, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Experience with MS Office applications
· Customer Support experience
· Associates level or higher degree
