Your Responsibilities:
Employ comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, subsequently developing effective treatment plans.
Deliver individual therapy to clients using proven modalities tailored to their unique needs, promoting their personal growth and well-being.
Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and consistently monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Current and valid license by the state: LPCC, LISW, LIMFT, or PsyD.
Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
Display strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective caseload management and administrative tasks.
