We are in search of an exceptional and experienced Senior UI amp; Visual Designer to join our dynamic team, specializing in crafting expert solutions for the human resource and healthcare industry. As a Senior UI amp; Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping outstanding user experiences, visually captivating interfaces, and forward-thinking visual designs for our digital products, driving innovation and enhancing patient care and healthcare professionals' workflows.
Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design Excellence: Lead cross-functional teams and leverage your wealth of experience to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points within the healthcare domain.
- Visual Design Leadership: Set the bar for visual design excellence and provide creative direction to drive the visual design language of our healthcare products.
- Data Visualization Mastery: Collaborate closely with other designers to design and implement innovative data visualization solutions that adeptly communicate complex medical information to users.
- Design System Advancement: Take charge of the development and enhancement of our design system, ensuring meticulous consistency and coherence across diverse healthcare products and platforms.
- Information Architecture Expertise: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to structure complex healthcare data and functionalities, ensuring an optimized and user-friendly experience.
- Prototyping and Wireframing Mastery: Lead the rapid iteration of design concepts using industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborative Team Leadership: Work in close partnership with product managers, developers, and fellow designers, leveraging your leadership skills and experience to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
- User Accessibility and Inclusivity Champion: Advocate wholeheartedly for inclusive design principles, ensuring that our healthcare products cater to users of all abilities and backgrounds.
- Stay at the Forefront of Healthcare Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations within the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing a proven track record of impactful design projects, with a strong emphasis on data visualization and user-centered design work within the healthcare domain.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Extensive expertise in design principles, information architecture, and user experience design, with a track record of successful and innovative design projects in the healthcare industry.
- A genuine passion for the healthcare domain and a deep desire to create solutions that significantly improve patient care and enhance healthcare workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills, visionary leadership abilities, and a collaborative mindset to mentor and lead a team of UI amp; Visual Designers effectively.
