Mission:
This mission for the Human Resources Manager is to provide support to the team members and business units within SIG; supporting in keeping our eNPS at 52 or higher. This role will specifically focus on HR generalist responsibilities, training, learning and development.
Results:
- Content and Testing in place for 100% of teams.
- 100% Accountability to Goal setting and Assessment Platforms.
- 100% Payroll accuracy and reporting
Requirements
- Ongoing maintenance of Leapsome (Performance Management) and Namely (HRIS), making sure they are always up to date.
- Continue developing the training and performance management system for the company.
- Manage company review cycles
- Execute Company Payroll
- Manage employee files, progressive discipline process and offboarding process
- Set up employer tax accounts in new operating states and perform regular audits on existing tax accounts.
- Keep the company pay bands sheet up to date and run compensation analysis every 6 months.
- Manage feedback surveys and review, follow up and respond to feedback regularly. - Compile action plans on where to focus.
- Execute company orientation
- Manage full cycle company benefits package
- Manage compliance, safety and workers compensation
- Assist in facilitation of company Leadership Programs
- Pitch in on recruiting for up to 2 positions as needed
- Special Projects as assigned

Qualifications:
