Mission:

This mission for the Human Resources Manager is to provide support to the team members and business units within SIG; supporting in keeping our eNPS at 52 or higher. This role will specifically focus on HR generalist responsibilities, training, learning and development.

Results:

  1. Content and Testing in place for 100% of teams.
  1. 100% Accountability to Goal setting and Assessment Platforms.
  1. 100% Payroll accuracy and reporting

Requirements

  • Ongoing maintenance of Leapsome (Performance Management) and Namely (HRIS), making sure they are always up to date.
  • Continue developing the training and performance management system for the company.
  • Manage company review cycles
  • Execute Company Payroll
  • Manage employee files, progressive discipline process and offboarding process
  • Set up employer tax accounts in new operating states and perform regular audits on existing tax accounts.
  • Keep the company pay bands sheet up to date and run compensation analysis every 6 months.
  • Manage feedback surveys and review, follow up and respond to feedback regularly. - Compile action plans on where to focus.
  • Execute company orientation
  • Manage full cycle company benefits package
  • Manage compliance, safety and workers compensation
  • Assist in facilitation of company Leadership Programs
  • Pitch in on recruiting for up to 2 positions as needed
  • Special Projects as assigned
