Requirements
- Recruit, hire, develop, and manage an efficient, effective, and engaged sales team to thrive in a results-only workplace
- Develop team into independent sales reps capable of growing their business book and gaining consistent 5-star customer experiences through coaching, precise expectation setting, and thorough training of available sales resources.
- Critical thinking ability to properly manage Cost Center and profitability
- Ability to lead change: adaptability and goal setting that aligns with Advocate’s MVVs.
- Conduct timely performance reviews including 30/60/90, annual, and weekly meetings
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the team through consistent field presence, show coaching and individual amp; team meetings/trainings, and Slack
- Strong relationship with an understanding of the importance and functionality of all other departments throughout the organization
- Encourage others through positivity, vision, confidence, challenges, and recognition; Inspire others to be the best version of themselves and achieve their personal and professional goals
- Must be a Current Field Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Lone Wolf
- Must be willing to relocate to Detroit if you do not currently reside
