The Travel Box International, an award winning travel provider specializing in luxury, contemporary and experiential travel is in search of our next executive. We are looking for a unique self driven, detail oriented individual to join our global team. This position is best described as a hybrid role between an executive assistant and office manager.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality with a strong desire to succeed and grow. The individual must have good general knowledge of world geography and international travel. We are looking for a candidate that can handle contrasting tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall development of the organization. The position requires a self disciplined individual who will assist in daily office tasks and trip planning procedures. Customer service at the highest level is expected. Strong communication skills are a must (verbal and written).
Responsibilities include developing digital marketing campaigns, managing client data on CRM, writing news letters, co-managing social media channels, creating digital trip itineraries, set up new vendors, assist advisors with trip management, check hotels availability, airfares, in-bound calls and so on. This role is not limited to one set of responsibilities, as a fast growing company the needs of the position will evolve.
The in-office shifts will be held at our offices in downtown lakeland. The schedule will vary 50% remote and 50% in-office. Occasionally, traveling (domestic or International) is required to assist the company with meetings, exhibiting at trade shows or for consumer facing events. Weekly days off will usually be Sunday/Monday but will vary occasionally with the business needs.
