Requirements
The Program Manager is an important strategic role in ALL,SPACE that drives programs to a successful conclusion, guiding the project teams to achieve and exceed clearly defined business goals, anticipating delays whilst developing mitigation strategies and reporting on program metrics of scope, schedule, cost and risk.
Responsibility for partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure activities remain on track with progress and status communicated across the organisation in a transparent manner and ensuring responsibilities, accountabilities are well understood across the teams.
They will be expected to manage simultaneous programs that transition our cutting-edge technology into successful programs (involving both internal and external stakeholders), as well as internal infrastructure programs as appropriate.
As part of this position, the individual will support ALL.SPACE into the next phase of our corporate growth strategy to successfully execute complex Programs with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. Civilian and Federal Government business by way of thorough planning, prioritisation, risk mitigation, status reporting and good Program Management practices.
The role is based in the US with reporting functionally into the Program Management Office (PMO) in the UK and into the USG Team working closely with other functional heads together with Sales and Business Development, Operations, Product and Quality Assurance, Sales Solutions Engineering and Engineering.
This role also includes internal product development cycles in relation to terminals for satellite communications for military context, company infrastructure projects, Customer engagements and external funding activities; for programs that are delivered within budget and on schedule.
