Job Description
Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers is looking for a passionate and engaging Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a prominent law firm specializing in personal injury litigation, workers' compensation, and class and mass actions, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, delivering timely updates, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their legal journey.
To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You should have a client-centric approach, always putting their needs first and working towards their satisfaction. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding the progress of their cases
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor the conference room calendar for meetings, depositions, and mediations
- Assist clients with the completion of legal documents and the disbursement process
Requirements
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the legal industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant technology and software
