Job Description
Snap-Tite Hose is a company known for manufacturing the highest quality fire, agricultural and industrial hoses with a strong reputation built over 50 years in the industry. We are a rapidly growing company in Western PA and seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO amp; VP of Sales at our Fairview facility.
The preferred candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills, great attention to detail and accuracy. The Administrative Assistant will ensure efficient day-to-day operations of various office processes with confidence to speak with others at all levels of the organization as well as customers and vendors. It will also be helpful if the candidate has the desire to develop a better understanding of the industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to assist CEO amp; VP of Sales.
· Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and correspondence, as required.
· Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to reflect multiple aspects of the business
· Confidentiality is a must.
· Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including (as a preferred skill) financial analysis
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities
· Ability to work independently or in a team environment
· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree in Business Administration with minimum of Three (3) years of experience or may consider a minimum of Six (6) years of experience without preferred education.
