SALT Dental Collective is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commissions Administrator to join our team. As a Commissions Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately calculating and processing monthly commissions for our Dentists. You will work closely with our Finance, Payroll, and Operations team to ensure timely and accurate compensation and incentive payments.
The Commissions Administrator, reporting to the Director of FPamp;A, will prepare, calculate, process, validate, and communicate the compensation activities of dentists within the SALT family of brands.
Responsibilities:
- Generate internal and external commission reports on a monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc basis within critical deadlines.
- Communicate and respond to inquiries from commissioned doctors and employees.
- Reconcile and investigate discrepancies in reporting.
- Gather reports from various practice management systems.
- Populate and validate that commissions have been entered correctly into the payroll system.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll departments.

- Experience in commissions calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with a variety of practice management systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications; with advanced skills in Excel.
- Ability to understand financial statements.
- Effectively communicate and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment and ability to manage time and meet critical deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
