About the Role
The Senior Program Manager will report to the Vice President, Information Security and Compliance and lead strategic initiatives related to information security, IT support, data privacy, risk and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives to maintain security certifications, implement and maintain security controls, facilitate security operations and IT operations
- Prioritize and orchestrate complex technical projects requiring cross-department collaboration with Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance, Operations and Senior Leadership
- Develop and align stakeholders on end-to-end project schedules
- Build trust with partner teams to ensure alignment and support for critical initiatives
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure impact of initiatives
- Communicate progress and impact of initiatives
- Identify potential risks and challenges and build mitigation plans
- Promote project management best practices
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Azure/O365, ServiceNow and Atlassian tools
- Knowledge and experience with managing projects using AWS products and services
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships, foster a culture of teamwork, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
- Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience working with ISO 27001, SOC2, or NIST 800-53 security standards
- Experience with FedRAMP or DoD Impact Level controls
- BS in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent work experience
