Advocate Construction is a locally owned residential construction company that has doubled in revenue each year since starting in 2012. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an individual to build and lead our new Solar Sales department!

POSITION SUMMARY

Develop a solar program by developing a sales process to sell solar products, using both an existing lead list and new lead development.

Requirements

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop new solar sales accounts
• Build a network of customers in the residential sector
• Responsible for educating homeowners on solar rebates and tax credits
• Provide weekly sales reports to management
• Educate customers on concerns and eliminate obstacles to going Solar

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of previous sales experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to be self-motivated
• Ability to build rapport with prospective customers
• Attend solar training classes as needed
• Must be a team player with a high sense of urgency
