Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with and soliciting feedback from internal and external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Defining the vision for the specific category products
• Influencing the product road map based on this vision.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Developing user stories including acceptance criteria
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process to deliver business results
• Participating/leading in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT/technology, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Payments Industry preferred, either directly or closely related to work at a Software Provider and/or Merchant preferred.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
• Exceptional at communicating with senior management as well as with colleagues from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Proficient with use of MS Office 365, SharePoint, Jira.
