Where We Are: Here is the service area we provide in home caregiving services to:
Northern Oregon Coast Area including Astoria, Warrenton, Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Nehalem, Tillamook, Knappa, Brownsmead
What You Will Do:
· Provide excellent record-keeping and information management
· Provide assistance to the Executive Director, ensuring detailed messages and relaying of information
· Maintain complete and organized digital and paper records
· Provide assistance to customers with a cheerful, professional, can-do attitude
· Manage the office operations and assist in planning for office events
· Keep an inventory of ongoing office supply needs
· Maintain an orderly, clean, welcoming and professional office atmosphere
Requirements
· Strong sense of professionalism
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and proof of valid auto insurance
· Ability to pass a background check
· Highly proficient with technology and electronic devices
· Good project tracking and information management skills
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to offer solution-focused problem-solving skills
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
