Job Description

U.S. Vision is seeking an Employed Part Time Optometrist to provide coverage for PC Arizona split between our optometric offices located in or adjacent to the JCPENNEY Optical Departments in our Phoenix and Glendale Arizona locations! Flexible 2-3 days a week schedule that would include providing some Saturday hours. Fill-in opportunites are also available for these locations.

This opportunity does not require any investment nor entering into a sub-lease agreement. Our staff acts as your ancillary staff, in states where permitted, and assists with greeting your patients, completing patient histories, answering phones, scheduling appointments and supporting you in any way they can.

Requirements
