We are looking for an inspiring analyst to join our Go-to-Market Systems and Operations team, focused on building out our customer success processes and Gainsight platform. This role is expected to be in our Boston HQ office at least twice a week.This role is interesting because:
  • You are self-motivated and results driven, and are able to work both independently and in a cross-team environment.
  • You can turn data into actionable insights and help drive the usage of Gainsight to improve overall efficiency and customer experience.
You are qualified if you have:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information and data.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and shift focus when necessary.
  • A desire to incorporate feedback and personally grow as a team member.
  • Experience designing and building technical solutions within Gainsight CS, including explanations of how you have translated business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Bonus: Gainsight NXT Admin Certified
