Challenges You Will Solve
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing sales pipeline health, developing relevant insights, and crafting, executing, and measuring campaigns and events to build and progress sales pipeline within your region.As the trusted advisor to sales leadership, you will have an in-depth understanding of the nuances of your region. You will also collaborate and connect with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure you are actively sharing feedback from the field to influence upcoming programs and campaigns.What You'll Do
  • Have complete ownership of your region's marketing campaigns, events, and programs, from beginning to end.
  • Plan, build, and assemble event concepts and campaigns based on target customer data using global standard methodologies including allocating budgets, selecting the tactical mix, crafting offers and calls to action, and setting the individual program goals and measurement criteria for all campaigns.
  • Implement programs while using your creativity and expertise to develop outstanding scalable, digitally led and in person experiences to drive new logos.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of event/campaign demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion against the agreed pipeline goals.
  • Own regional pipeline targets, marketing lead funnel, and conversion metrics for go-to-market, as well as the team’s efforts to improve and optimize.
  • Communicate regularly with partners on program results and findings for digital activities and events; aggregate results weekly, monthly and quarterly.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of proven experience in a B2B field marketing role.
  • Experience working in the information security industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and tracking tools.
  • Proactively engages in forward thinking and innovative initiatives in the business and scales them to their own work
  • Understands Red Canary's overall strategy and partners with cross-functional teams to shape a joint strategy and visionExperience planning and implementing marketing programs with cross-functional partners.
  • Executes independently and proactively identifies and leads work streams and projects
  • Owns event execution and leads others (direct and indirect) to meet deadlines while maintaining quality of the work
  • Is able to identify when others on the team need help and can work with them to resolve issuesExperience working towards strategic goals preferred.
  • Experience with planning and carrying out multiple, sophisticated marketing programs preferred.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and large projects preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise account-based marketing (ABM) preferred.
  • Experience developing and carrying out marketing plans for sophisticated accounts preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities preferred.
Target Compensation Range: $95,200 - $122,000 + bonus and equity Candidates are ideally located in the US Central timezone or comfortable working on Central Time
