Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Licensed Mental Health. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and providing support to clients. Additionally, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best practices in patient care, and participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Responsibilities
• The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and providing support to clients
• Additionally, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best practices in patient care, and participate in ongoing professional development and training
On the job, Mental Health Therapist:
l Counsel clients individually via video chat to improve their mental health
l Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences to help them develop insight into themselves and their relationships
l Act as a client advocate and help them define goals
l Evaluate clients mental condition, develop and implement treatment plans using solution based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required
• Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider
•Candidates must be licensed as LMFT, LCMHC, LICSW, by the State.
• Experience working with adults, children and adolescents, or across the lifespan
