Rippleworks Capital: Rippleworks provides hard-to-find capital required for scale (grants and investments in the $1M-$3M range) to 50+ ventures working in 80+ countries.

The Executive Assistant amp; Finance Support role in the Office of the CEO has two key components: 1) administrative business support to the CEO amp; Co-founder so they can effectively accomplish key strategic tasks and lead company initiatives, and 2) administrative tasks that support the Sr. Director, Finance to facilitate sound financial processes and practices across the organization. This role reports directly to the CEO.
This role is more than just the right-hand of the CEO, they’re also a strategic thought-partner and serve as an ambassador to both external and internal stakeholders. The EA must be welcoming, inviting and a true partner to everyone they engage with as they represent the CEO and/or Rippleworks. The role requires discretion and confidentiality as well as an extremely strong ability to be proactive, prioritize, and organize. The EA remains flexible and calm and is able to ‘see the big picture,’ while managing all the details in a timely and consistent manner.
