FreightPlus is seeking energetic and motivated Customer Sales Representatives. In these roles, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the Company's freight brokerage and managed transportation services business. Our Customer Sales Representatives play a crucial role building our sales pipeline beginning with initial prospect contact and qualification. We are growing rapidly (300%+ y/y) and looking for candidates with 1 - 2 years of prior business development and/or sales experience freight brokerage experience is a plus. This position focuses entirely on developing new business opportunities. Candidates must be self-starters who have demonstrated experience successfully prospecting new business utilizing effective solution selling strategies. Must have experience consistently achieving results by following a defined sales process while continuing to learn and develop new skills in an exciting, dynamic complex and changing marketplace. You should have strong time management skills fueled by a sense of urgency.
