Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We are currently seeking an Art Director to join our growing creative team. You will be responsible for leading the creative on various social campaigns as well as help guide the creative pitch process for those clients. You will also help lead a creative team dedicated to working in the video games and entertainment verticals, while helping design and guide the creative look and feel of social assets for all projects in a given campaign or pitch. Your Impact
  • Work with the managerial team, project managers, strategists and supervisors to deliver thoughtful creative ideation to video game clients
  • Deeply understand and imbue the essence of video game culture in every creative aspect, aligning with each brand or title’s unique characteristics
  • Create mood boards, typeface suggestions and design briefs outlining creative look and feel for each new project proposal
  • Attend all pitch meetings, brainstorms and briefs to align with strategists for each new proposal in your vertical
  • Partner with Creative Director to review creative and collect feedback
  • Manage appointed creative team members (when applicable), and guide them as they create assets, and navigate through issues that arise, making sure design goals are aligned with clients
  • Communicate with clients during campaigns and presentations, when applicable
  • Act as a client resource and provide solutions for design- related issues
  • Solve any and all design problems independently or with the help of the Creative Director
  • Consistently identify and implement process improvements

Your Experience
  • 3+ years experience working in the gaming space for a social media-focused creative agency
  • 3+ years experience working on pitches and proposals
  • Strong track record in developing pitches and proposals for gaming clients in the social media space
  • Demonstrated knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms, particularly those popular within the video game community such as Twitch, Discord, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members in the video game sector
  • Reliable and self-sufficient with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Your Availability
  • M-F; 9-6pm PST; Flexible for routine weekend coverage
  • Available for in-person client/team meetings up to 2x a month
  • Ability to work on a 3-4 month campaign when needed
