Dietitian/Nutritionist
Desired Experience:
• Planning and conducting publichealth and/or nutrition education programs to assist in
health promotion.
• Developing training and resource materials related to nutrition assessment,nutrition
education, and related health services.
• Assisting in the development of new program policies and/or the revision of existing
policies based on specific regulations, such as USDA Federal regulations.
• Providing programmatic guidance and technical assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Registered Dietitian with The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or has completed an
accredited nutrition and dietetics internship program and is eligible for Registration.
• Experience working for a Federally-funded nutrition program, such as Women, Infants
and Children (WIC).
• Experience working in a governmental setting.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Software, including Outlook, Excel,
SharePoint, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
