Fourth Economy is looking for a driven, precise, and thoughtful professional to lead proposal management and development for our organization. The successful candidate will engage in problem solving with our team, driving process improvements to create efficiencies in bidding and help us improve competitiveness. You will help us to articulate our unique set of services to new and existing clients while ensuring timely submission of proposal materials.

Compensation and Location
We are location agnostic when it comes to this hire - we are a fully remote team. We work east coast hours but have employees in various locations and time zones across the US.
This is a part-time position - 20 hours/week - $24-$29/hour - with paid vacation and sick time.
Be advised that this is a benchmark salary of good faith. All compensation, regardless of location, may be subject to change as skills, abilities, internal equity, and geographic location are considered.
In addition to base salary, all employees will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus. Please review the benefits section for more information on the total rewards.
Fourth Economy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional compensation.
