About the role

As the People and Culture Operations Specialist at InfoTrack, you play a vital role in maximizing the employee life cycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional internal customer service, offer high-touch administrative support, and enhance the overall employee experience. You will also be our HRIS superuser, ensuring data integrity, generating insightful reports, and serving as the go-to expert for internal HR information. Your day-to-day would encompass addressing HR inquiries, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, and helping with a wide variety of people and culture team projects.

Responsibilities
  • Internal Customer Service: Provide timely support for employees, management, and the people and culture team. Develop resources for enhanced employee self-service.
  • Employee Experience: Drive continuous improvement for an outstanding employee experience, offering proactive solutions and recommendations.
  • HRIS Management: Design and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and creating reports. Provide end-user documentation and training.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in presentation preparation, coordinate projects, and manage meetings. Track and report on people and culture-related requirements. Create and analyze reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HRIS experience, experience as a Paylocity HRIS administrator preferred
  • Certification such as SHRM or PHR is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly with Excel
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and resilient with a hands-on, "get things done" attitude.

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.

$70,000 - $88,000 base pay
