Job Description

WorldVia is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Member Success Specialist to join our team. As a Member Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our network of independent travel professionals. You will serve as the main point of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and providing solutions to help them succeed in their travel businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction and success
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve member experience and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address member needs and deliver solutions
  • Track and document member interactions and outcomes
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better serve our members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
