Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead in managing and optimizing AirTable for project and data management.
- Oversee SEO efforts and monitor analytics to drive website traffic and engagement.
- Manage and create effective email sequences using FloDesk.
- Assist in the development and build-out of online courses.
- Be ready to jump in with other ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements
- Must have experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong experience with AirTable and Zapier is essential.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Action-oriented with a focus on results.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
- Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
