Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in managing and optimizing AirTable for project and data management.
• Oversee SEO efforts and monitor analytics to drive website traffic and engagement.
• Manage and create effective email sequences using FloDesk.
• Assist in the development and build-out of online courses.
• Be ready to jump in with other ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must have experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong experience with AirTable and Zapier is essential.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
• Action-oriented with a focus on results.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
• Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
