Delivery Site Coordinator

The Delivery amp; Site Logistics Coordinator will direct activities for transportation and site services by performing the following duties:

You can have home location at Eastanollee, GA or Oregon, WI

• Examines estimates of transportation and site services, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Compiles data for preparing estimates and bids, process specifications, progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required for estimates for transportation and site service.
• Negotiates, awards, and administers contracts, including final approval of payment.
• Maintains contract and contractor status databases.
• Reviews all correspondence concerning transport companies and site contractors and responds as necessary.
• Establishes and maintains contact with transport companies and site contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract awarding process.
• Coordinates work with production and transportation personnel to implement fulfillment of contracts.
• Initiates change orders for transportation and site related activity that occurs beyond Trachte’s scope of work.
• Acts as liaison between Trachte and subcontractors.
• Reviews project cost summary reports for accuracy.
• Ensures Operations Equipment Manuals (OEM’s) are created for projects.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, 5 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working with an ERP system
• The ability to problem solve and interpret instructions
• The ability to establish working relationships with outside vendors and contractors
