Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing their website service needs and guiding them through their digital marketing journey.
- Collaborate closely with company leaders on internal marketing strategies for our managed IT services.
- Initiate and oversee website change requests, liaising between clients and our web development team for more complex changes where the help of a developer is necessary.
- Conduct client business reviews. and project status meetings
- Manage and optimize clients' SEO goals, aligning with their digital strategy.
- Create content as needed for client requests
- Be pro utilizing AI tools to enhance quality and engagement.
- Understand and apply website design principles, mainly WordPress, to provide informed client recommendations.
- Guide clients effectively using Google AdWords and other pay-per-click (PPC) platforms.
- Foster long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google AdWords, and PPC strategies.
- Familiarity with website design concepts and WordPress.
- Excellent communication skills and an extroverted personality, comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles, indicating a commitment to long-term career growth.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
