Bremer Whyte Brown amp; O'Meara LLP is looking for a qualified individual to join our clerking and reception team in our Newport Beach office. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office. This position consists of answering and transferring phone calls, processing mail, tracking inventory of supplies, filing documents, and other various tasks as provided.
The ideal candidate must have a front office professional and positive demeanor and be comfortable handling multiple phone lines and greeting clients. This is a great way for a pre-law student or any individual who has an interest in the professional legal field, to get their foot in the door at a well-known respected law firm.
