Established in 1994, NeuGroup is the premier membership organization for Finance professionals at the world's most iconic multinational corporations. We create opportunities for our members to exchange knowledge and best practices via in-person group meetings, virtual interactive sessions and benchmarking surveys. We are a fast-growing and dynamic, privately owned company with a passion for delivering excellence in service to our over 270 member companies and 1,000 individual members in 35 peer groups, ranging in focus from treasury to financial planning and analysis, ESG, Damp;I and Internal Audit.
Our research practice is expanding and includes standalone benchmarking surveys, surveys designed to support specific peer group meetings and in-session quick polls. Unlike traditional research firms, we seek meaningful information by curating data from targeted cohorts within our member community. We focus on surfacing the story behind the data by talking with respondents one-on-one or via small focus groups so we can deliver thought leadership within a practical context.
NeuGroup is committed to providing associates with career pathing and growth opportunities though engagement in company-wide special projects and a focus on mentoring/coaching. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and operate on a remote work basis.
The Research Director’s primary role is to enable sales and fulfillment of research-centered peer groups, question development, data analysis and validation and assisting the creation of the survey results summary document. This individual will also be responsible for managing survey projects, including production and execution. This is a high-visibility role that includes direct interaction with members and sponsors with exciting growth opportunities.
