Do you excel in building relationships and educating clients to meet their needs? Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional service while providing peace of mind to our customers.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in our sales process. You will engage with leads, nurture relationships, handle phone calls, promptly respond to emails and provide the onsite sales team detailed notes of each prospect. Your primary goal will be to educate potential customers about our home options, understanding their aspirations, and setting appointments for our New Home Specialists.

You MUST be a superstar on the phone, a wizard with email communication, and extremely comfortable using computer programs and video email.

Requirements

  • Respond to all email and phone leads immediately
  • Qualify leads based on needs
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the New Home Specialist
  • Provide relevant information and marketing material to prospects
  • Respond to the sales line and voicemail for leads
  • Work with the prospect to determine the best floor plan and options
  • Utilize lead-management software
  • Lead amp; Prospect follow-up using Contact Database tools
  • Track, analyze and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
  • Support online marketing efforts
  • Sales / Admin Support
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
  • Weekend work required
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience
  • Customer focused and personable
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
  • Proven email and phone communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning and managing skills
  • Ability to maintain focus in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well
  • Must be able to learn and follow established sales process
  • Must be comfortable using video to communicate
  • Hubspot experience is advantageous
