Parallel Employment is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is temporary and will be based on the busy tax season from January to April 2024. This position will be customer facing and require the ability to muti-task with greeting customers, answering phone and other office duties assigned. This is a tax office where the position with be the first and last point of contact for all customers in the busy tax season.
Work Hours:
Targeted for an 8:30am start with 40 hours of work per week. May be asked to work until 7:00pm on a late office night, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lunches and breaks will need to be scheduled around high traffic hours.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 BOE

Requirements
Software Skills:
Microsoft office/mid to advance skill experience
QuickBooks/ Basic understanding desired but could train the right candidate
Basic Math skills, filing
