The position is on-site at the Network Operations Center in Arlington Heights and demands flexibility with working hours, including various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Assign open flying to qualified flight crew members based on Federal Aviation Regulations, pilot contracts, and organizational policies.
- Analyze pilot staffing, time off requests, assignments, and trip trades.
- Assist pilots with monthly schedule management, documenting absences, and executing transactions to ensure precise crew pay and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain proficiency in Federal Aviation regulations, pilot contract rules, and organizational policies.
- Provide 24/7 support to flight crew members.
