Job Description
Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified LCSWs (LSWs allowed), LMFTs, and LPCs or associate-level therapists to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Aurora, Colorado!
Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!
Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities and through Outpatient Telehealth Therapy. As we expand as a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the state of Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
- Completes documentation in a timely fashion in our EMS (Athena).
- Compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, W2, and 1099 Independent Contract Provider options available.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Colorado licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or related associate/intern level licensure.
- NPI (National Provider Identifier).
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
- TB Test.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:
- $35.00 to $60.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options are available.
- Compensation is determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level), pay model preferred, and experience.
