You make data flow. You build the pipes, integrate the systems, and stitch data from different sources.

You enable marketing insights to be made. You pass the right data to the right place at the right time.

Your day-to-day will look a little something like this:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • System Integration: Seamlessly integrate and manage various marketing tools and platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to derive insights, and develop custom reports and dashboards.
  • Technical Collaboration: Provide solutions and support to marketing and IT teams, enhancing data utility.
  • Quality Assurance and Governance: Uphold data quality standards and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
  • Project Management: Lead data-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Client Strategy Development: Develop data strategies to enhance client performance and satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify data-driven opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

You’re the perfect fit if you have a thorough knowledge of amp; experience with:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on data operations or analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing metrics, ETL processes, data warehousing (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake), and SQL.
  • Knowledge in programming (Python, R), CDP implementation, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of GA4 data streams and other client-side measurement protocols
  • Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.

While it’s not a deal breaker, these skills would definitely catch our eye:

  • Understanding of front-end data collection (e.g., JavaScript tags, Google Tag Manager).
  • Track record of building and optimizing data systems.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and data governance.
  • Hybrid role experience, blending data analysis and engineering.
  • Ability to craft business development strategies using data insights.
