Our partner is currently seeking an Inflight Crew Scheduler based in Arlington Heights, IL. This position offers a leadership opportunity within the Inflight Services team, contributing to the safety and service excellence that defines the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assign all open flying to qualified Inflight crew members in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, flight attendant Contract, and industry policies.
- Maintain availability for a 24/7, 365-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Serve as a 24-hour communications center for the flight attendant work group, offering support on schedule and flight-related matters, delay notifications, assignment modifications, etc.
- Supervise crew legalities, communicate changes, reassign flight attendants, and perform CMS transactions to ensure accurate crew pay and uphold quality assurance standards.
