Job Description
FreightPlus is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to assist in the development, implementation, and execution of our strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will work in partnership with our Client Success and Business Development teams to develop programs and collateral that highlight the FreightPlus value proposition. You are a creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be responsible in partnership with the manager for driving the marketing and collateral roadmap and developing a robust channel marketing and content strategy, while working with the cross-functional team to deliver against KPIs that measure our brand, customer, and prospect success.
This role is inherently cross-functional - You will work closely with business development, client management, technology, operations, finance, and executive teams. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
· Execute FreightPlus brand collateral including client and prospect presentation decks, white papers, video, social media content, email, the FreightPlus website and content edits.
· Ownership of operational metrics within owned marketing channels.
· Development of clear process paths to optimize, simplify, and automate customer marketing processes.
· Maintain the FreightPlus conference and event schedule.
· Interact with key business and technical stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Interface with partner and technical teams to identify opportunities to innovate and improve marketing capabilities through technology.
· Work with early-adopter and visionary customers to invent the next set of customer and prospect-centric messaging.
· Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies to drive FreightPlus Brand and Marketing strategies.
· Updating leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
· Own relationships with our business development tool providers
Requirements
Basic
· 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
