Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.
Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
Offer crisis intervention services as required.
Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD)
