We help our clients overcome numerous mental health-related obstacles while allowing our therapists to choose which therapy practices they want to utilize.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Therapists have the flexibility to work fully remotely.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
• • Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches
• • Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients
• • Offer crisis intervention services as required
• • Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Compensation and Benefits: Salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on caseload
